Eating Peanuts Every Day can Prevent Heart Disease – Each of us want to have a healthy heart. According to research, there is an easy way to avoid heart disease, by eating peanuts every day.

The scientists then analyzed the content of the urine of patients and found many healthy benefits to eating peanuts. The result, those who eat nuts have elevated levels of serotonin than not eat nuts at all.
Scientists have discovered for the first time, that there is a relationship between high levels of serotonin caused by eating peanuts with metabolic syndrome (MetS). Symptoms of metabolic syndrome (MetS) among others have excess abdominal fat, high blood sugar or high blood pressure.

Meanwhile, serotonin is a substance that help transmit nerve signals that can reduce feelings of hunger, making people happy and improve heart health. According to a report published in the Journal of Proteome Research, symptoms of MetS are at increased risk of Type 2 Diabetes and heart disease.

According to research led by Cristina Andres-Lacueva and colleagues from the University Rovira i Virgili explain the increase in obesity in the whole world makes more and more people who suffer from the syndrome Mets.

In this research, the scientists asked 22 patients to go on a diet nut Mets for two weeks. Later, scientists compare with other groups who do not eat nuts.

The existence of this research became the first evidence that eating nuts can reduce the levels of such substances in the body associated with inflammation and cardiovascular risk.
